1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
9" springform pan

FILLING:

6 eggs
2 lbs. softened cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. light cream

Combine first 3 ingredients and press across bottom of pan and 2" up sides of pan. Beat cream cheese and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add eggs, beating after each one until blended. Stir in light cream. Pour. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 300 degrees and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Leave in oven for 1 hour.
