1 can evaporated milk (13 oz., chilled) 1/8 tsp. salt 3 tsp. lemon juice & lemon rind (amount may vary) 1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 1/4 c. boiling water 1 c. sugar 1 angel food cake Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add lemon juice, salt and grated lemon rind. When slightly set, beat milk until stiff and add to Jello mixture. Break up cake and put in pan. Pour Jello mixture over cake. Put in refrigerator and allow to set. |
