2 lg. cream cheese 1 sm. cream cheese 1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 1/2 c. sugar 1 pt. whipping cream 3 pkg. lady fingers 1 lg. can crushed pineapple Layer a springform pan or tube pan with lady fingers (sides first then bottom). Cream together cream cheese, vanilla and sugar; whip cream. Then fold into the cream cheese mixture. Pour in 1/2 the mixture. Place a layer of fingers on top. Pour in rest of mixture and top with drained crushed pineapple (blueberry and strawberry). Refrigerate at least 36 hours. |
