LEMON CREAM CAKE
 

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
1 env. whipped dessert topping
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (3 oz.) box lemon pie filling

Combine flour, butter and sugar. Mix as for pie crust. Pat into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Mix dessert topping according to directions. Cream together softened cream cheese and confectioners' sugar and add to dessert topping. Spread on cooled crust. Mix pie filling according to package directions. When cool, spread over cream cheese layer. Top with whipped cream and refrigerate.
