1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix last 5 ingredients with electric mixer. Mix box cake mix as directed and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured. Spread Ricotta mixture over batter and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
