OREO COOKIE CAKE

1 pkg. crushed Oreo cookies
1 stick butter, melted

Press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch greased cake pan.

2ND LAYER:

Mix together: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Put on top of cookie mixture.

3RD LAYER:

Mix together: 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 3 c. cold milk

Put on top of cream cheese mixture; spread evenly.

4TH LAYER:

Top with Cool Whip; spread over pudding layer.
