1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes of instant chocolate pudding mix
2 sticks butter

Crumble cookies into a bowl, then mix with the 2 sticks of butter. Spread mixture into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan placing into the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Then mix cream cheese and the powdered sugar. Beat together until smooth. Mix in the 8 ounces Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture. Spread over the cookie mix, return contents to the refrigerator. Mix up the pudding, placing over the mixture. Place the other 8 ounces Cool Whip over the mixture. Let set in the refrigerator for an hour or so. Quick and easy to make!!!!
