(8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 whole eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 pt. sour cream Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cream cheese, eggs and vanilla with 3/4 cup sugar. Beat at creaming speed 25 minutes. Mix crumbs, butter, brown sugar and pat in bottom of 10 inch springform pan. Pour creamed mixture over crumbs. Bake 40 minutes or until firm. Beat sour cream and remaining 3/4 cup sugar until foamy. Pour over cheese cake. Return to oven for 10 minutes. |
