LEMON POPPY SEED BUNDT CAKE
 

1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/4 c. milk
1 box lemon-flavored cake mix
4 eggs
1 box (3 3/8 oz.) pistachio instant pudding mix
1/2 c. oil
1 c. orange juice

In small bowl, soak poppy seeds in milk. In large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, pudding mix, oil, orange juice and soaked poppy seeds. Beat for 5 minutes.

Pour batter into well-greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
