1/2 c. butter
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 box confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Mix butter, cake mix and 2 of the eggs until well blended. Spread in prepared pan. Mix cream cheese, other 2 eggs and the confectioners' sugar until smooth. Spread over the cake dough. Do Not Stir. Bake 30 minutes. Let cool.
