1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
3 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding

First Layer: 32 Oreo cookies (crushed) and 1 stick of butter. Mix and press into a 13 x 9 inch pan.

Second Layer: Cream together 8 ounce package of cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and 1 cup confectioners' sugar.

Third Layer: 3 cups milk and both packages of instant pudding. (Let stand to thicken for a few minutes.)

Fourth Layer: Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with Oreo cookie crumbs.
