1 lb. cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
48 Nilla vanilla cookies

Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until smooth after each one. Add vanilla and beat until smooth. Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of small foil lined cupcake paper. Pour mixture over cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Just before serving, garnish with cherry pie filling. Makes 48.
