1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. German Chocolate cake mix
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Sprinkle coconut and nuts in bottom of greased 9x13 inch cake pan. Prepare cake mix according to package directions and pour over coconut mixture. Combine powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese. Drop over the top of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
