1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix ingredients together with hands. Ooey gooey! Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Frost before baking.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs

Blend sugar and cream cheese. Beat in eggs until mixture is smooth and creamy. Spread over cake and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
