1 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. Wesson oil 1 1/3 c. fresh mashed peaches, blender 2 eggs 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Dash salt 2 c. flour 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. nuts Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a flat cake pan. Mix sugar, oil, peaches and eggs until well blended. Add dry ingredients and bake in well greased pan. |
