ORANGE JUICE POUND CAKE
 

1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water

TOPPING:

1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix with mixer for 5 minutes. Pour into ungreased tube pan and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.

While cake is baking combine the topping ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil for about 1 minute and then set aside until cake is done. When cake is baked remove from oven and with a knife loosen cake from around the outside edge of the pan and around the center tube part. Pour the orange juice mixture over the cake and allow the cake to cool thoroughly before removing from the pan.
