YELLOW JIFFY CAKE
 

1 yellow Jiffy cake
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained well
Cool Whip
Nuts or cherries, if you like

Bake 1 yellow Jiffy cake mix in a 9x12 inch pan as directed. Mix 1 package lemon instant pudding with 2 cups milk as directed. Beat 1 (8 oz.) package Philadelphia cream cheese and fold into pudding. Spread over cake.

Drain well 1 large can crushed pineapple. Spread this over top of cake and mixture. Put Cool Whip over this, as much as you like. May put chopped nuts or cherries over top for color, if desired.
