2 pkgs. California vegetables (frozen) 1 c. butter, melted 1 c. Ritz or soda crackers, crushed 1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed Cook vegetables partially and drain. Set aside. Mix butter and crackers. Layer bottom of casserole dish with 1/3 vegetables, then Ritz, then 1/3 cheese. Alternate until everything is used. |
