1 pkg. fettucini (plain or spinach) 1/4 lb. soft butter 1 c. whipping cream 2 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.) 1 med. onion Prepare fettucini according to package directions. Drain. Add butter and toss with fettucini. Combine cream and eggs and add to fettucini. Steam mixed vegetables. Add to fettucini. If more liquid is needed add some milk. |
