29 oz. can Princella cut yams
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter, melted
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place yams in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole or baking dish.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Sprinkle over yams. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. 7 servings.
