COLESLAW
 

1 c. dairy sour cream or plain yogurt
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 med. head cabbage, finely shredded or chopped (about 8 c.)
1 med. onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, seasoned salt, and pepper; toss with cabbage and onion. Sprinkle with paprika or dried dill weed, if desired. 8 servings.

Apple Cheese Coleslaw: Omit onion; toss 1 pared or unpared eating apples (chopped) and 1/4 cup crumbled Blue cheese with the cabbage.
