6 med. potatoes (par-boiled) 4 chopped green onions 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) sour cream Peel potatoes after they cool. Shred potatoes in long pan. Mix together all other ingredients. Pour mixture onto potatoes and stir well. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
