1 lb. mild or med. cheddar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 pkgs. chopped spinach 6 eggs Small amount of diced onions Grate cheddar cheese in a large bowl with cream cheese. Add cooked, drained spinach and onions then add 6 eggs, one at a time. Pour into a greased souffle bowl. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
