1 c. cornstarch 1 c. cornmeal 1/2 c. flour 2 tbsp. sugar Salt to taste 2 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 1 c. water Measure all dry ingredients into a plastic sack and set aside. Wash okra. Cut into 1/2 inch thick. Drop a few pieces at a time into bowl with water and egg bath, then drop in bag with dry ingredients; shake good until covered. Put on cookie sheet and freeze. |
