2 tbsp. olive oil 2 c. onions 1 c. bell pepper 1 c. chopped parsley 1 c. green onions 2 tbsp. garlic 2 c. fresh chopped tomatoes 1 c. tomato sauce 1 tsp. dried mint, crushed 1 c. dry white wine 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. salt 10 c. sliced okra 2 lbs. smoked sausage Put olive oil in first. Use a deep boiler. Add all the other ingredients in the order given. Stir after each addition. Cover and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 hours. Serve over rice. |
