POTATO CASSEROLE - TWICE BAKED
 

6 med. potatoes

Peel and boil - drain and mash.

1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. onion salt
3 oz. cream cheese or 1/2 of 8 oz.

Mix.

1/2 c. sour cream
Salt to taste

Beat:

2 tbsp. milk
1 egg

Mix into the above. Put in casserole. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until not wet on top.
