SPINACH - CREAM CHEESE CASSEROLE
 

2 pkg. frozen spinach, or equal in fresh
1/2 c. butter
16 oz. cream cheese
Salt
8 tbsp. milk
2 cans artichokes (not marinated)

Combine softened butter, cream cheese and salt; whip together. Add spinach and milk. Line casserole pan bottom with artichokes. Fold spinach mixture over. Let sit in oven overnight. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes covered. Take off top and put 1 cup Parmesan onto top. Cook without lid 5 to 10 minutes.
