2 lb. bag Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 c. chopped onion 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 c. corn flakes 1/4 c. buttermilk Thaw potatoes, add sour cream, melted butter, onion, soup and cheese. Take 1/4 cup of butter, melt and mix with corn flakes. Put all ingredients except corn flake mixture in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch casserole. Top with corn flake mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
