FRENCH STRING BEANS "HARICOT VERT"
 

2 lbs. fresh string beans

Clean string beans and cut to 2 inches in size. Boil until just tender (do not over cook).

Simmer 6 cloves of garlic (minced) in 1/3 cup good olive oil. Toss with cooked beans. Salt and pepper to taste. Can be served either hot or cold - Bon apetite!
