1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked 16 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained 1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella 2 eggs 2 tbsp. milk Salt and pepper to taste Garlic powder Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese Drain and cut up artichokes in small pieces or slices along with Mozzarella cheese. In bowl, add artichokes, Mozzarella, 2 eggs (beaten), and seasonings. Mix together well. Pour into pie shell. Bake about 40 minutes or until firm and dry at 350 degrees. |
