In a small double boiler, add: 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. sugar Few grains of cayenne or red pepper 2 tbsp. flour (start with 1 1/2 tbsp.)

Stir in slowly: 2 tbsp. butter 3/4 c. milk 1/4 c. vinegar
