STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS
 

2 lbs. hamburger
1 can corn
1 qt. tomatoes
1 lg. onion
3 carrots
3 celery stalks
1 green pepper
3 to 4 potatoes
1/2 to 1 c. rice
2 extra green peppers

Boil until you can poke a fork through the 2 extra green peppers; remove from pan and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry hamburger. Peel and slice raw vegetables. Add this to the frying hamburger. Drain off grease. When vegetables are tender, add tomatoes (with broth). Add corn. Add rice; simmer until rice is done. Take some of this mixture and fill the 2 extra green peppers. Put rest of mixture into large baking dish. Pup to stuff peppers on top. Bake in oven 10 to 20 minutes.
