1 can cream style corn 1 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Dot top with butter 3 whole eggs, beat with whisk 1 c. milk Add all ingredients and pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until lightly brown. To test doneness, use a table knife and insert in middle. If knife comes out clean, the souffle is done. Makes 6. |
