1 lg. potato per person
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cut potatoes into wedges and place peel side down in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Brush occasionally with oil mixture.
