2 pkg. (boxes) frozen shredded hash browns, thawed 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt and pepper 1 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Mix all together in greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
