1 lg. pkg. hash brown potatoes 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 stick melted butter 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 tbsp. grated onion (or to taste) 1 tsp. salt Pepper, to taste Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees in 13 x 9 inch pan until bubbly through - approximately 30-40 minutes. Also easily done in crock-pot - high for 30 minutes, then low for 2-3 hours. Use 3/4 stick butter for crock-pot. |
