32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. chopped onions 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. sour cream 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. butter 2 c. crushed corn flakes Mix first 7 ingredients together and place in 3 quart casserole. Melt butter and mix with corn flakes. Put corn flakes on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
