QUICK POTATO DUMPLING
 

1 c. Betty Crocker Potato Buds or Pillsbury Potato Flakes
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt

Combine the ingredients and mix well, then cool. Add 2 eggs and mix thoroughly. Add 3/4 cup flour if Potato Buds are used or 1 cup flour in Potato Flakes are used. Mix and drop by spoonful into boiling salted water, or into boiling sauerkraut which has 2 cups water added. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Turn dumplings over while cooking. These dumplings are delicious with pork and sauerkraut, or pork and sweet and sour cabbage.
