3 med. zucchini, sliced 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges 2 tbsp. basil 1 (9 oz.) fresh pasta 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tbsp. olive oil, for frying Parmesan cheese In skillet brown in olive oil zucchini and garlic until tender and tomatoes until they wilt. Then add basil. Boil pasta until tender. Place on plate and top with vegetables and cheese. 2 servings. |
