2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen hash browns, defrosted 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese TOPPING: 2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/4 c. melted butter Place all ingredients except topping in a large bowl and mix together well. Place in a 3 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. During last 20 minutes of baking time, add topping. |
