1 (10 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (food processer makes good paste) 1 sm. onion, chopped 4 eggs, beaten 1/4 fine dry bread crumbs 1/8 tsp. each pepper, oregano, tabasco 2 c. chedder cheese, shredded 1 clove garlic, minced butter 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. parsley, minced Saute onions and garlic in a little butter until limp. Add eggs, crumbs and seasonings. Add other ingredients. Pour into 8 x 8 inch greased pan and bake at 350 degrees until set or about 30 minutes. Cut in small squares. Can be refrigerated and then heated before serving. Yields: 25 squares. |
