4 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. orange juice 1/2 tsp. salt Kraft miniature marshmallows 1 (1 lb.) can whole berry cranberry sauce Combine sweet potatoes, butter, orange juice and salt. Whip in 1 cup marshmallows. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Spoon cranberry sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with marshmallows and return to oven until marshmallows are lightly browned. Serves 6-8. |
