FROZEN HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE
 

2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed a bit
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. grated cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix all except corn flakes. Put into 9"x13" buttered pan. Crush corn flakes and mix with butter. Cover top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
