OZARK GRITS CASSEROLE
 

4 c. boiling water
1 c. grits
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) stick garlic cheese
2 eggs
Milk

Add grits and salt to boiling water. Cook until done. Melt butter and garlic cheese. Add to grits. Drop 2 eggs in a cup and beat. Add enough milk to make 1 cup. Add to grits. Place in uncovered casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Take from oven and add grated cheese. Return to oven until melted. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
