Baking potatoes Chili powder or season salt or ground red pepper Egg whites Wash potatoes and dry well. Lightly beat the egg whites with a fork until foamy. Add the seasoning you like. Put potatoes in microwave after piercing with a fork. Cook until soft. Cut in wedges. Spray pan with non stick spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, turn potatoes, then brown and crisp. |
