STUFFED ZUCCHINI SQUASH
 

6-8 (1") round zucchini squash
1 lb. hamburger
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Cut off ends of squash. Scoop out center using spoon handle. Mix hamburger as for meatloaf. Stuff into center of squash. Cook this in a slow cooker. Pour tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes over top of zucchini, salt and pepper. Remove squash to bowl. Thicken gravy, pour over squash. If you should bake in oven, add approximately 1 cup of water.
