BAKED LIMA BEANS
 

Cover two pounds of dry baby Lima beans with 1 cup chopped onion, a pinch of salt and water to cover. Leave overnight. Boil in the same water the next day for 1/2 hour. Add: 2 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix well. Top with 1/2 pound salt pork and bake for 5 1/2 hours at 250 degrees.
