2 reg. size cans kidney beans
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 scant c. ketchup
1 green pepper, diced
2 med. onions, diced
1 1/2 lb. bacon

Fry bacon and add to the above ingredients. Put in baking dish and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
