6 yams 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. dill weed 1 tsp. grated onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce Wash and dry yams. Prick with a fork several times. Bake in a shallow pan at 400 degrees for about 50 minutes or until soft. Cut an X in the top and pour in the Tabasco sauce. Mix all the other ingredients together and chill. Serve with hot sweet potatoes. |
