CHEESE GRITS CASSEROLE
 

4 c. water
1 c. grits
1/3 stick butter
2 eggs
1 roll Kraft garlic cheese
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Dash of salt
Milk

Bring water to boil. Add grits slowly, stirring constantly. Cook 20 minutes over slow fire. Add butter and garlic cheese, chipped. Let melt in grits. Break 2 eggs in cup, beat. Fill rest of cup with milk. Beat in grits slowly; spread evenly. Spread cheddar cheese on top. Use oblong casserole 4 inches high and about 10 x 10 inches. Grease well, cook 45 minutes.
